Alex Carran
Born and raised in the greater DC-Area, Alex carries a wealth of local experience in construction, property management, and appraisal. His skills, paired with an ambitious drive, make him a valuable member of the Urban District Realty team.
Prior to joining Urban District Realty, Alex worked as a financial advisor with Mutual of Omaha, where he built relationships with clients to further their individual financial goals. His adult career has been shaped by one piece of advice he received as a child: "Always answer your phone, because you do not know what opportunity awaits on the other side." Alex always answers his phone.
Alex earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
When he's not working, Alex is always on the lookout for new challenges; he recently received his scuba-diving certification. He's always happy to talk sports, particularly football, baseball, basketball, and lacrosse.
