This is a chance for you to experience our exciting new virtual-reality based system. The pop-up is a physical space for you to explore stunning models of future properties we are developing. It's a chance for everyone in DC to meet our experts, see future real estate properties, and do something fun while staying safe outdoors.

We’ve partnered with Total Source Fitness to bring the experience just steps away from Union Market at 1271 5th St NE in Washington, DC.

DATES/TIMES:

We’ll be open to the public Saturdays from 11 AM to 4 PM and Sundays from noon to 4 PM every weekend in October.

PRICE:

FREE! No need for a "pre-approval" letter! We do not charge for this activity and want everyone to have a chance to experience the cool new technology for themselves.

RESERVATIONS:

NO NEED, walk-ins are welcome! Private showings are available for businesses, real estate developers, and press. To make a reservation please email us at info@urbandistrictrealty.com.

COVID-19 INFORMATION:

All visitors must wear masks and comply with DC regulations regarding COVID safety. We will be limiting the number of individuals in the pop-up at any given time. We ask everyone waiting to get into the pop-up to maintain proper social distancing.

AGE LIMIT:

To participate in the Virtual Reality component of PROJETO, visitors must be 18 or older. Those younger than 18 with a parent or guardian are welcome to watch the experience on the big screen.

Less than two weeks after launching their Virtual-Reality based real estate tool PROJETO, Urban District Realty, LLC is hosting a month-long outdoor pop-up exhibition to give DC residents a chance to “see the future”.

Urban District Realty, LLC has partnered with neighbors Total Source Fitness to set up a space just steps away from Union Market in NOMA. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience the cutting-edge technology for themselves on a guided tour of a property under development in the neighborhood.

“We want to introduce the Union Market neighborhood to our real estate firm in a unique and fun way,” says Grant Bennet, Executive Assistant at Urban District Realty. “Personal connections are the heart of our business, and a pop-up lets us showcase our biggest asset: our team.”

“This is a chance for our realtors to meet the community, whether or not they are interested in buying or selling property at this time,” said Ryan Fiero, Principal Broker and CEO of Urban District Realty, LLC. “Really to us, it’s a sort of victory lap [on completion of PROJETO] where we’re encouraging everyone, tech enthusiasts, technophobes, tourists, and locals to come experience our new mind-blowing technology.”

The exhibition is located at 1271 5th Street NE, and will be open Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sundays from noon to 4 PM, throughout October. Visitors wishing to experience PROJETO in VR must be 18 years of age or older. All visitors must wear masks and comply with COVID safety regulations per the District of Columbia. Additional viewings for neighborhood businesses/real estate developers may be available during business hours on Fridays by appointment only.
