Position Summary

The Sales Agent position is designed for experienced real estate salespersons/brokers with a valid and up-to-date license in the District of Columbia and/or Virginia.  In order to be successful in the position, they must be able to show outstanding knowledge, skills, and abilities within the residential and/or commercial real estate industry.  Because Urban District Realty, LLC is at the forefront of real estate technology advancements, the position also requires knowledge and experience using IT tools to sell real estate.  

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to deliver real estate sales, all while providing outstanding customer service, communicating clearly, and possessing a high competence of professionalism.  The prospective employee will be technically savvy, forward thinking, and ethical in all interactions with clients.  While we still offer outstanding tools and support for real estate agents, Urban District Realty, LLC has little overhead, and therefore can beat (or match) any commission percentage your firm is currently offering.
