Omeed Naderi
Originally from Texas, Omeed has been living in Washington, DC since 2011 after relocating from New York City. He has extensive experience in multiple aspects of commercial real estate, including research, analysis, lease negotiations, and construction management.
Prior to joining Urban District Realty, Omeed was a Corporate Real Estate Project Manager where he managed the leasing and construction needs of a growing portfolio of 1M square feet of commercial office space. This included the full life cycle of commercial office project life: due diligence, site selection, lease negotiations, budgeting, design development, bid/design/construction documents, construction management, and close-out.
Omeed has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas – Austin, and an MBA from George Washington University.
When he is not sleuthing out the best properties for his clients, Omeed enjoys traveling and spending time outside with his wife Danielle and their pup, Pearl Jam. While he loves hiking, biking, paddle boarding, or kayaking, he’s equally happy whipping up a storm in the kitchen or having a relaxing evening on the couch with a cheese board (or tacos).
