Position Summary

 

The Real Estate Salesperson position is designed to offer a roadmap for success in real estate.  Unlike other real estate brokerage firms, we offer and financially assist toward individual training, licensing, and mentorship in order to gain the knowledge and skills to start a real estate career.    

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

  • Ability to Show Professionalism and Act Ethically at All Times 

  • Ability to Understand and Interpret Legal Contracts

  • Willingness to Work 50-60 Hours Per Week 

 

While previous experience in residential and/or commercial real estate is not required, a passion to create and develop a real estate career is necessary for success.  At least four years of higher education is expected, however a two year degree will be considered on a case by case basis.

Duration:  Full-Time

Salary or Salary Range:  Starting Bonus + Commission
